I remember being in high school, seeing things like that, being high on drugs ourselves, laughing about how we've never seen anybody doing anything to try to help kids with anything but they put those signs everywhere so that's supposed to mean something.

    "Just say no"

    Haha, ok buddy.

Keep patting yourselves on the back pretending that you're making an effort, wasting taxpayers funds in the process of achieving nothing.

It’s not the Trooper’s Twitter, it’s an official NSP account. Just like every other state has them in one form or another. How dare they embarrass some poor driver (name and trucking company weren’t mentioned) for being drunk and flopping his truck over.

If people feel so strongly that actions like this are wrong of a public department then maybe try and get them all shut down. No more posting bridge strikes, or trucks stuff off on a country road because they followed their gps, none of that because it could make the driver feel bad. No more postings by CHP of trucks stuck in the mountains trying to avoid chain restrictions on Donner. None of that because it could hurt the driver’s feelings.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

You are wrong. Ever since I was in elementary school on the 70’s cops have always visited schools to give presentations. They teach and educate. It’s part of their job.

If you don’t believe me, call your local police department and tell them you are a scout leader or run a youth group or operate a community center and you would like someone to give a safety presentation. They give you a date and will send over an officer to give that presentation. It’s what they do.

First, they didn't name the driver or the company. Second, truth is an absolute defense for slander and defamation.

I'm not what you'd call a big fan of the fuzz, but they didn't do anything wrong in this case. The idiot driver was completely in the wrong. Hopefully it goes on his record and he never drives again. I don't want him on the road with me or my family.

Problem with this “woke” crowd they find it offensive that they will be held accountable for their actions and called out for it.. oh every little thing in society is offensive to these people too... “woke” generation doesn’t want to be held accountable for their actions because nothings their fault so they say..smh..
