Had a nice day today... really needed one...
Saw another demonstration on the Ave. today... I believe there were about 500 people... asking the President to deploy the armed forces to guarantee citizens' constitutional rights and their freedoms... they were protesting the Supreme Federal Court's decision to allow states and cities to veto religious services and masses during the pandemic...
When I got to the beach, there were guards telling people they could not seat or lay down on the sand... had to keep walking...
I decided to initiate conversation with a guy at the beach... after one hr talking he told me he was one of the founders of a very famous Brazilian band in the 60's... "The Fevers"... OMG! I remember dancing their songs at a party when I was 5 yrs old... Checked some of their videos and interviews on YouTube and there he was... Pretty cool...Speed_Drums, dwells40 and 062 Thank this. -

-
Nothing interesting today... nothing worthy talking about... went out, walked a lot as usual, paid things, bought things, did things and came back... to the apartment in Copa...
-

Switching things up a little. Sherman ms. Because my second pick took nearly two hours to load seven pallets,so I missed my last pick by ten minutes .
Not sure how long it will take to load tomorrow since I don’t have a appointment. Only picking up three pallets ,so I’m hoping they work me in first thing. -
Walked and walked today again... like almost everyday... Then, I sat on the sand of the beach here and watched the white waves breaking.... but I was bored and tired...
So... I walked back to the apt. This routine gets old...
Still waiting for the document that I need to proceed with this never ending process of real estate sale...
People here really have no sense of urgency... they have too many steps to accomplish one simple thing.. and it seems they always leave for next month something they can do today.... Bureaucracy in third world country SUCKS!Speed_Drums and dwells40 Thank this.
