What Made You Get Into Trucking

I worked in IT for NCR. Then they moved my job to lovely war-torn Serbia.

Decided my next job was going to be offshore-proof. You can't send driving jobs overseas.

 

I think I said this in another thread. It was in my blood, my dad was a trucker. If I had it to do all over again I would have stayed in the Air Force and finished getting my degree! I made SSgt (E-5) in 4 years and already had the beginnings of my fruit salad 2 awarded medals in 18 months. The Squadron career NCO told me I was doing something I would later regret! I told him he was full of (redacted), but today I see who it really was that was full of (redacted)! Gosh to be able to redo 1980!

It was something I had wanted to try for a long long time. 14 years later I'm still here.
