    Admits he wrecked the fleeing car on purpose.
    Admits he was talking on his phone during the event.
    Doubt his insurance will pay for damages to the truck.

    You know some ambulance chasing low life will like you said destroy him financially. Now I think it would of been nice if the Piet of human would have died at the scene and saved taxpayers a huge bill.

    And Shaaban did this despite possibly totaling a truck he recently purchased for $75,000. Although he does not regret his decision to stop Reed, Shaaban fears that the collision may not be covered by insurance since he intentionally crashed.
