    Hello All,

Recently had a conversation with, who I believe is, Ivan Rosenfeld of Brothers Logistic INC (563431) Albany, Georgia. In attempt to resolve a misunderstood 4-year-old double brokerage claim, I reached out in hopes of reconnecting and settling this matter.

    The story goes like this:
We took a load for Brothers Logisitcs and sent our truck to pickup as usual. That truck broke down, so to make it on time to the shipper we had our sister company pick it up. This is where we were written up as a double broker firm. We have paperwork that indicates our ownership is to both companies, but that did not matter. It also did not matter that we did this to make things easier for them!

Little did I know who I was dealing with. Ivan, a man who had 0 respect and tolerance for me reaching out, did not let me explain nor cared to understand my side of the story 4 years later. He also made it clear that everyone needs to know how we handle business and that he was recording our conversation and will be updating the post because of how I "admitted" to double brokering.

After this horrible conversation, and trying my best to remain calm, I lost my cool at the end before he hung up. But honestly, who wouldn't have? I was playing nice, trying to listen, and sort this issue out 4 years after the fact. While for Ivan, it made it seem like I was asking so much of him just to be human. He even wanted to write me up some more???? Apparently, my conversation inspired him to be even more of a ____.

In hindsight, we now no this is a big NO NO to do, and we must remain in communication with our brokers for this kind of stuff. But, for a guy to care this much about an honest mistake 4 years later, there must be a big stick up his you know what.

Anyways, I would like to for everyone to know not to deal with this horrible company. Also, if you know anything else I should try with sorting this out, I would really appreciate it.

    Happy trucking!

    UPDATE:

The issue was attempted to be resolved when it happened but the party did not want to hear our side of the story. 4 Years had gone by, new management in our company, and I decided it was long enough to try resolving again. This did not work.

If you can prove that his claims are false and damaging your business, hire a good attorney and file suit. That will get his attention.

HMMM didn’t feel the need to resolve this matter for 4 years and now it’s important and you want to insult the other parties in your mistake. SMDH

It sounds to me as if, you want to mend the past actions, so that you can do business again. If that's the case, why are you asking us not to use them?

I mean, personally, if I didn't want or need to unburn a bridge, I wouldn't bother. I'm not saying that this is your reasoning, I'm just trying to understand why you waited 4 years.
