Hazmat endorsement, does a felony disqualify me?

    I was recently released from prison for dist. of meth. From what I'm reading I'm disqualified for getting a hazmat endorsement for a least 5 yrs. Is this correct?

    Possible. There are some crimes if convicted of, you may never be eligible for HZ endorsement. Unless laws have been changed over the years.
