I just purchase a older truck and can’t locate the city horn. It’s not working. If I press the button I can hear the fuse clicking.

I don’t remember if it was international or Freightliner, but they mounted some under the drivers floorboard.

They are all under the rad/front cross member area.

FYI, I replaced mine. It didn't work, but you could hear the relay clicking. It had a large crack in it, and part of it was missing. Seemed like a no brainer. New one didn't work either. Turned out the terminals in the connector were spread, and not making good contact. Replaced the terminals, works like a charm. You might look into it before you buy a new horn.

Yes always check for power and ground before replacing. Get a test light and check it while someone presses the horn button to make sure it has both going to it. If single wire to it make sure you have positive fire when someone presses it and ground to where the horn mounts.
