    Have let mine go. Renewed it 3 times. Had to actually use it like 3 or 4 times. Dropped it several years ago. Not once have I had to have it in that time.

    Mine was expired. Should have been the $125.25 but had run a hazmat check a couple of months before so got a discount. Card showed up 5 days after doing the fingerprint appointment.

    I used twic a lot when I hauled tankers. Landstar not so much. It's the ocean and river thing that messes things up, that's where chemical plants live, a fair amount of them anyway.
