she Didn’t get the answer she wanted to hear and hasn’t been back.

the MC number is worth more than the used up Volvo.

and one of the other amassed I agree with , and Dave Ramsey asks it a lot ;

if you had this in cash, would you buy XY or Z with it ?

the answer is always “No”
So his advice is always “sell it and buy something you want “

my advice to the OP that she Likely won’t see, would be to sell everything including the MC number and invest the money in a syndicated apartment investment group.
Theses several associations where several people will pool up some money that is used for a down payment on an small apartment complex , and once the place is fixed up and the rent is raised and the income increases , it’s not used to double the value of the apartment complex in about 18 months.
They either refi and pull out all the down payment money and keep the complex and do it again or sell it and do it again with a bigger one .

normally can double your money every two or three years with zero involvement in the day to day operations .

1 older truck. Higher miles is not a business yet alone a “ business “ for someone who isn’t already in this field to take over and try to run much less make any money at
