@roundhouse is correct. When I bought my first house, I was having fits trying to get these lenders to understand That's Not How This Works. Two years of pay stubs and an explanation satisfied the Wells Fargo dude.

I love that place; the process is made so simple and easy.
Have my car insurance through USAA also.
One of my sons just opened his own account there. Just turned 18 and now has his own account.

USAA is the most expensive for car insurance.

Even my son who was marine was getting raked.

Might as well wait till housing crashes. Prices are up way too fast.

Speculation is when the govt aid expires and money starts coming due.

I'm not getting raked at all; have a good deal on car insurance. No tickets or wrecks in decades. Found one other company that's about $9.00 cheaper a month, but not worth it to switch. I have other accounts there also; savings, checking, credit card. USAA makes it simple to transfer money overseas and back again when vacationing or whatever.

    $2000 6 months.

    I pay $420 through progressive.

My son saved 70% switching to progressive

Each application is based on it's on merits. What's cheaper for me isn't necessarily cheaper for someone else.

I refinanced with Quicken / Rocket Morthage. It was easy. Fast, and I saved a ton of money. The only hassle was having to submit certain documents like bank statements 3 or 4 times.

    Looking at bankrate.

Quicken has the highest rate and closing costs.
    And monthly payment.
