FCC--Fremont Contract Carriers

Today makes my 2 year anniversary here at FCC ! As everyone knows there’s no perfect trucking company but FCC is the closest you can get!

So I grabbed this yesterday... it took me a moment to figure out just what was wrong here... lol


swung by CB and they quickly fixed it.

It’s a mix n match. Usually half off in the bargain bin.

 

Turns out it was an OTR repair … lol

Guess that shop had an orphan and thought they would pawn it off on us… lol

Finally rolled out of the sleeper from a 40hr slumber.

Got to the first stop in Riverside 40mins before appointment time. And was there 3hrs.

Got to talk to another FCC driver which was nice, while we waited.

Arrived at final in Oceanside at 10:45a for a 10:30-11:00 window. And was there for nearly 3 hours also.

Called DM to ask for next load info to look up while i waited to trip plan. Costa Mesa CA to Pocatello ID which what I believe to be gear boxes.

Wasted enough time today at customers to not be able to load until morning. Luckily there’s parking at shipper, albeit next to an airport.

 

Saw an FCC truck going south on interstate 81 in Roanoke Va today. If it was anyone on here I did wave.

They was driving a new Volvo.

 

I’ve heard rumors,
but haven’t seen.
