I’m seriously surprised you don’t get a ticket for calling the cops for help. That makes me feel much better!!!!!

There’s a few times I probably should have. Thank the good lord as a brand new driver I never went into panic mode.

1.Missed a turn in MN read the exit sign wrong. Surprise restricted truck route.
Turn left boy that was a mistake residential street. Narrowly got out.

2.in the backwoods of KY using an atlas to navigate along side my gps. Oh it’s not restricted at all, but really really should be.

    Labrador Thanks this.

    Here's a poem.....

Just because you called the law
    A time or two.
Doesn't mean you never did anything
    You shouldn't do.

    Thank me later

Several years ago I called for help getting out of a predicament due to construction. The street I was supposed to be on was torn up for what I assume was a water main, and there was no room anywhere to turn around.

I've also waited to talk to an officer in Cerritos where they were detouring traffic due to a wreck. Since I was on the truck route I wanted to verify I had no bridge heights/weight restrictions before I followed their instructions.

Cops do things they shouldn't do from time to time I am sure. They are just people like everyone else.
