Contacted for, sometimes are many as 3-4 a month. One of the things I used to enjoy about ABL, but now it just sucks, to many idiots to deal with. Also the turnover is a huge problem, you can do 3-4 loads for one place, go do 3-5 for another, go back to the first place and a whole new group of people are "just starting".

I also keep in contact with most people I meet, at most of the companies, they're always very happy to share their gripes lol.

They're all the same now, quite sad really. Lots of people asking me where they should get a job, as they flee Bison/TransX/IH&R etc etc. I honestly can't recommend anyone out west here, maybe Challenger if they're moving back East, but that's about it. People even ask me if they should come drive OTR with the outfit I'm at doing LCV. I honestly tell them no, its a good company, you will get paid, but once you're on the OTR side of the house; prepare for the same old ####.

It wasn't that long ago that Erb had all their rates posted on their web site for drivers and O/O's.I see that they are no longer posted so guys need to call.It still is a good place to work and good rates for O/O's.

All you have to do is call them and say youre interested in one of their positions and they'll send you ERBs rate sheet. Takes 5 mins, not the hard...

I had not done reefer for quite awhile. But it now sucks. Waiting 5 hours for a load that was supposed to be dtop and hook. Waiting to unload is another 5 hours. Company has a decent wait time policy but often you are in some plant that is not near an Interstate. If your 5 pm becomes 9 or 10 pm where do you Park on some crummy county highway with no TS or even a shopping center. I do not night drive and that is hell. I have given up on reefer . No matter which feefer carrier you try they will all have the same problem. I saw transx, trappers and all the other majors. All waiting. I would go back to dry van but not many good carriers. Maybe time to fully retire

I checked into their contract. I’ve never seen a such mess of words and numbers. Simply designed to make reconciling your pay near impossible. And then there was the promised 2200 miles a week. As a broker, I’d starve on what they’re paying. Good luck to anyone wanting to try it there. I looked, and ran very fast.

The average wait time, to get a meat load out of JBS/Cargill/Harmony is 36 hours now. I couldn't handle it anymore, again supposed to be drop and hook.
