    No, they run the crappy hard plastic ones. The plain black flexible rubber ones work best.

    I don’t see edge protectors on the one on the left. I had a similar thing happen but put a half wrap pulling back on the piece that shifted

    Is there edge protection on the one on right? I don’t see it there either.

    I see a lot of people running without edge protection on all sorts of different stuff. I know often it is not needed but I see it on things I would not go 2 miles without it.

    That’s probably the best mattress securement I’ve ever seen! Usually it’s on the roof of a minivan with one bungee cord across the middle. Pretty creative use of the lift-gate too lol

    Difference being these guys do it on a pullout designed to do it, usually with E-track on the outside rear corners to secure it. The dude with the lift gate better hope thy hydraulics don’t bleed off
