That’s crap that you didn’t get what you ordered. Customer service in this county was already failing and Covid seems to have killed it completely.
FYI that grommet on the end that’s already halfway out of the tarp might not last, but our company tarps are built similarly. I can recall ripping one out, and I’ve tore quite a few d rings out.
Here’s a picture that shows the edge of our tarps, I often hook 1” straps in the grommets when we overlap tarps on bigger loads.
