Anyone know a company that customizes small sleepers?

I think this would be a great set up. Believe it would be possible in a bigger factory sleeper like a studio, Volvo or even in a stratosphere. DB4A4EE9-66C4-4D6D-8BAE-4CB18274B063.png BCF24D13-F605-4883-8D83-A7B25889AC48.png

There used to be a place in Ft Worth, TX called Cowtown sleepers. It was a couple of old brothers in their 60's maybe even into 70's that owned it. I dont know if they're still in business or not. Kids may have taken it over by now.
I'll say that while they did do custom built sleepers made of fiberglass, most of what I seen was basic to mediocre design. They didnt do high end sleepers as far as I know.

    Good luck.

Back wall and passenger side with fridge.

I removed my upper bunk and built a shelf. Really easy to do. Once I'm sure I'm satisfied with it I'll cover it with vinyl.

How are you securing that fridge, to keep it from bashing you in the head in an accident?

Just like Skallagrime said, I strapped it down. One of these days I might look at bolting it down using the threads for the adjustment feet but so far it's working fine. I'm sure if I had a bad enough accident that tore up the sleeper it might move but it's not going anywhere just from slamming on the brakes.

That is an awesome setup. Hey, American truck manufacturers, are you really paying attention to the driver wants and needs?

Companies won't pay for it. Freightliner has an option to make the bed fold up and a table come down but it's a $10k option. No way am I paying that much and neither will the companies that keep truck manufacturers in business.

But I agree, no reason these trucks shouldn't be built with all the amenities of home now days. Back in the day truck stops offered good food at decent prices but that's been a long time ago. Now it's all junk and way overpriced. I make my own coffee and make all my own meals in my truck. A fold up bed/table combo is my next project.

For $500 I'll throw a dust ruffle and a quilt on your bunk. You'll think you're in a 5 star hotel.

Ah, I see it now. Missed the little bit of strap visible when I looked before. Thanks.
