    Jethro here aka Jebb

Koolshots is in Central Florida, out of our Dundee yard. It is a box truck position, no CDL A required. They train and pay is hourly.

If you don't mind the work food service is where it's at. A lot of the places have 4 day work weeks and pay hourly with lots of OT available. Your 1st year 80k is doable and after a few years top out at over 100. You might have to sign a 1 year contract for them to upgrade you to class A but it'll be worth it

Ig you have 10 years experience as class B, then upgrading to class A should be as easy as studying the manual for a week then going and taking the tests. The hardest part maybe finding a tractor trailer to use for the test.

When I got my CDL about 8 years ago it cost $239.00 for EVERYTHING, including physical and med card, tests, the actual license... But I had the option to borrow a truck.

You can get your class a and haul fuel, people are afraid of that because well 8800 gallons of flammable liquid, but really the worse part of hauling fuel is usually the fuel racks where you get loaded, dunno if coastal fuel is in Florida but there are some companies like them who accept anyone with a pulse.
