Stay away from Hirschbach Motor Lines. They are ran like a frat house. They say they have an open door policy but they do not. They say they have a CDL PROGRAM, ITS A JOKE. Not even out together, and the guy who runs it ha! Don't get me started. If you take your concerns/issues/grievances etc to your boss they dismiss you. Take it to the CEO Brad Pinchuck, he blows it off and gives to a guy named BK who also blows it off.

Then when you take an issue of CDL INSTRUCTORS, PEOPLE WHO HOLD CDL'S AND HOLD TRUCK KEYS ETC drinking ALCOHOL BEVERAGES DURING WORK HOURS ON THE JOB BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 4 to 5 pm, to the Chief People Officer Jessie's attention, she's like okay we'll meet and talk. Nope. She knows you off to the HR department. Where this alcoholics bestie works. And defends her by saying drinking on the job is allowed on Fridays. Oh and btw the TWO people admitted they DO THIS EVERY FRIDAY, when it's suppose to be an every 6 week incentive thing. Wow what an incentive encourage your employees to drink. And this was not a social event not did they send out emails to anyone saying it was ok. They were just protecting their CDL PROGRAM.... because they do not have qualified people running it. You have a guy who's driven like 9 mons, who was hired for orientation a guy who's only driven day cabs and locally, a girl who thinks she knows all about safety dept and can back a truck etc and an alcoholic. Then they back you in a corner and basically Force you to resign or be fired because you have concerns. Or let you go over some thing that you had no control over it doing in.

Wow what a company. So I'd you like working with nothing but frat house millennials, working in a horribly painted unprofessional, low paying environment, and love to drink and sleep around with people's married spouse's and co workers then Hirschbach is the company for you.

I doubt any of that goes on at my company’s offices, but I wouldn’t know for sure. I’m out hauling freight making money. I don’t lease trucks, I drive a company truck, they don’t charge me a dime to do so.

    Lol.
This is more than I can handle.
Maybe someone else can untangle that madness.

. Newbie thinks they can score points by complaining to upper management and apparently office people like to crack a beer on Friday at the end of the day. When told that they were not a good fit company they felt bullied. I have penciled the op into the titty baby category.

Several years ago I called about a hostler position at a warehouse down the road
from where I live. Did not take the job................but now every several months I
get calls from their recruiters. I politely asked to be removed from their list.......
calls kept coming. I asked the recruiter why they can't keep help...............if the
company is as great as they claim they should have no problem keeping drivers.
    Recruiter couldn't answer that one.

Last time I stopped being polite and told the bimbo in language that even a 1st grader
could understand that after 3 years of declining their offers apparently I am not interested..............
than she gave my number to several other company recruiters.....so they could call and harass
me. Hirschbach is pretty much a bottom feeder company from what I have seen.

Listen pal, I was in a “frat” and I take great offense to being compared to Friday afternoon drinkers. We lapped it up EVERY day, and I want the credit we deserve!

Yeah, free beer is always good, but I *think* they’re one of those Fleece Purchase only outfits. You’d soon find out there’s nothing free about that beer.
