Yeah, I didn’t care for him or (David?) much either. Amy was the best and her aunt (can’t remember her name) were great.

I wonder what happened to Darlene (recruiter). She was stacked, If you know what I mean. ;)

Darlene got canned. Nick was my DM,.he's gone too..he was horrendous. I think you are talking about Kelly, she's wonderful. Overall May is pretty good..especially that terminal. Also they have turned the trucks up to 65 last I heard. 61 was nauseating.

Open the road atlas and look for any ciity where two or more interstane highways cross. That city will have dozens of big trucking companies to work for. The cities with more than 2 interstate highways crossing will have more trucking jobs.

If I may, respectfully I would like to make one small correction. In general, I agree, but in my opinion, you oversimplified this a bit. Major interstate hubs are where you will find a lot of LTL carriers, but with respect to general OTR you can also add major US highways. Example! Just in Texas look at US 59, US 287, US 77, and US 67. These US routes carry MAJOR trucking traffic. When I was yanking reefer I was on US 75 in both Texas and Oklahoma until I got sick of it.

I would choose TN, anywhere along the I40 corridor. Sensible property prices, no state income tax, seasonal climate without the crazy extremes and some beautiful country in the east.

3 major cities/hubs along that stretch if you want to go the LTL/local route.
