best hazmat tanker company to lease onto in 2021 in phoenix?

am purchasing own tractor waiting on authority now, who's the best company to lease onto for hazmat tanker hauling? wether it be fuel delivery or others...am a work aholic and Greedy...wanna make MOOOLLAAAAA!!!...within DOT guidelines of course

 

the greedy part was a joke...i not a total novice i already hooked up with a line on liability and all other full coverage. and yes...even though i have NO, NONE, Zipppp!!!...moving violations of ANY kind in more then 10+ years and NEVER have i ( by the grace of the heavens) EVER had any accidents of any kind (while i was in control of vehicle) its FRIGGIN EXPENSIVE...I KNOW THIS!... DOSN'T EVERYBODY BY NOW...dude...and i'm FULLY VERCED in how much tractors weigh sleepered, regional sleepered or aprox 40" and daycab...and with all do respect...WHY THE HELL!!..WOULD ANYBODY GIVIN A GO AT THERE OWN LIL BUISNESS...drive under someone elses authority?????...I WANNA MAKE THE MONEY...i wish everyone else out there nuttin but the best but...i not goin through all this crap for someone elses profit...I GET IT!!!...ITS A RISK...ITS A GAMBLE...ITS A PAIN IN THE ###!!!..ITS CRAZY EXPENSIVE!!!...BUT... i been slavein and driveing for someone else wether it be construction, LTL, OTR, FUEL DELIVERY...SPECIAL OVERSIZE TRANSPORT...ALL THE CRAP I'VE GOT my dirty lil hands into in the past 23 years of class A driveing, ITS BEEN FOR SOMEONE ELSE...JUST LIKE 99.9 % of the men and ladies giviner out there every day...WELL ITS MY TURN TO TRY IT....IF I FAIL...AT LEAST I KNOW I TRYED...geeez...is it comon when a question like i proposed gets asked?...that the lady or gentlmen asking is a greenhorn moron? that just crawled out from a VERY deep dark rock? now i ante the sharpest tool in the shed...but...i got drive...motivation...some experiance...the willingness to LIVE in my truck for awhile to get started...oh and instead of greedy...maybe i should of said...cheap...not sure...cuz as far as QUALITY...i'll sure as #### pay for that!!!...but i mean...doing all my own DAILY greasing and preventative maintenance. ( within warranty guidlines of course) eating cheap...90% percent of all profits for AT LEAST first 2 years (if not 3 or 4) go back into truck infristructure of buisness and just plain GROWTH...geez LAWEEEZ...I GET IT ..i was just wonderin...who treats drivers and owner ops the best?...who pays the best % wise...you know...the cheese...it seems like every time i click on a new prospective owner ops questions there 30 trying to talk him outof it...in my view...TODAY ...IF...you drive a truck ( but wanna own your own) but have no idea how much insurance and registrations and all that crap is...even in general...you need to go back to flipping burgers or somthing...give a muthahumper some credit...oh and a 2021 KW t880 with a small 40" SLEEPER paccar 455hp i believe it is is what i'm looking at and would like...but...money talks so we'll see...i was TOLD that the companies that treat there drivers well are your best bet...but...i was also told thats not true always when your a owner op...
