Tenstreet wants me to upload page 1 and 2 of my medical card

You'll want to get it on a card of some sort. Even if you have to get it shrunk down so tiny that it can't be read by the average human eye, like at kinkos or staples and get it laminated to keep in your wallet. DOT has a trick where they invite you to accompany them to the back of your trailer and then ask you for your medical. If it's not on your person it's a violation. Having it in the truck isn't good enough. So you either have to make sure to remember to bring it when that invitation comes, or keep a tiny duplicate in your wallet.

Then again, I also heard they were moving away from that reg. Not sure what the time frame on that is though.

 

Then you wouldn’t get hired. Tenstreet is the app. Most companies use now with applicants to transfer info.

 

But there’s a “ driver shortage” and the only way they hire is through a app.... Sorry no thanks

 

Also just about every reputable company in the states discards your medical card and make you get a physical when hired on any way

 

That's old information. Med cards are no longer required for CDL holders.

Excellent. My wallet just got a little lighter, and for once I don't mind....
