Yes I’ve really learned my lesson. never quit a job unless you’re 100% sure what you’re gonna do next end to drive very carefully! my career can be over in a heartbeat

glad you found another job...problem with FedEx is the lack of backing for the most part. Keep that in mind as you go along. Be smart and stay safe.

What exactly happened in the accidents? Did swift fire you or you left them ?

Honestly I was in a very similar position to you (2 or 3 incidents in the first few months driving) . But I stayed with my company for a little over a year and recently got a much better job .

In my case , I had two backing incidents and I got stuck in a pothole .

I think you'll be fine. Someone's going to hire you on and stay there for a year accident free and just be upfront with other companies about the previous incidents and you'll get something better in the future.

If they were backing incidents, I went my final 7 months with no incidents mainly due to GOAL alot, and ask for help people can spot you while making tight backs (either employees or other drivers). Always keep your composure you can always turn around come back and reset the back and approach it differently.

Read through the entire thread now. Good #### with Western Express!! I remember talking to a recruiter promising decent pay some months ago looks like he wasn't lying . Although you're doing team work so that helps as well I guess.

I'm sticking to solo no matter what personally.
