Thats the only other thing if fuel and compression are present.

I thought fuel check valve, but he said fuel is running.

Check ECM plug, wiring, power to ECM. Worst case swap out ECM with loaner?

One keeps it running, the other prevents startup? I can never remember.

Only srs will stop starting. But I normally change both if your doing one. The lower trs won't do anything without a hard electrical fault. Bottom is a "here it comes" top is " there it went". Bottom isn't really even needed.

Yep they are much simpler than most made them out to be. Still alot mechanical with electronic controlled injection and monitoring.

My Detroit 60 wouldn't start all of a sudden. First thing the mechanic at our shop checked was the battery box. There is a little wire that runs from the battery. Or their should have been. It had broke off and fell down behind the batteries out of sight. I would have never noticed it but he went straight to it. Pulled it up, put a new connector on it and hooked it up. Started right up.

I have power to my ecm from the batteries. I took the valve cover off and checked power at the injectors and there is none, we checked power with the key on and while turning the engine over. Probably replacing the ecm is the way to go?

No. ECM replacement is literally THE last component to point a finger at. Its probably the most reliable part on the truck.

Don't those injectors run at something like 120 volts? Versus chassis 12 volt?

Does the ECM have good ground connections? Power is only half the equation.

If the ECM isn't seeing all the info it needs (usually key power, constant power, RPM/engine position) it will not send any signal to the injectors.

Exhaust all options before putting suspicion on the ECM. Well over half of all ECMs replaced were replaced for no reason other than someone jumped the gun on proper diagnosis.
