This is a hard truck to buy, I purchased a Mack with 1.9m on the clock and it ran great no trans problems but everything else that could go wrong with it just about was wrong. It was a one owner truck but even then at 2 million miles it is wore out. I spent a lot of free time chasing around minor repairs until I got tired of doing that and sold it off. I would offer 25k with a new rebuild and trans. There are a lot of little things that you are taking a risk buying it.

I used to drive for a guy in omaha that ran extremely well cared for t600s and he didn't get rid of them until they had at least 2 million on them butttt they were wore out by then .
Don't mean to be insulting but the drive train is new while the rest of the truck is wore out .
The market is hot now so now will be the time sell it but I wouldn't expect more than maybe 10k for it ...15 max .

Give us some pics of frame rails, motor mounts, rears, all the places the suspension mounts to. How rusty is it. As long as it's not very rusty and the frame is straight/no cracks everything else can be rebuilt.

    Still 15k imo

You need to run! As others have said, it might have a rebuilt motor and a newer tranny, but the truck itself is worn out.

A Trucks never wore out. It all depends on what’s been done, as far as maintenance goes. By maintenance, I don’t mean grease and oil changes. After 750k- 1m, maintenance takes on a whole new meaning. If it’s had king pins, front end, fifth wheel, suspension bushings, radiator, air lines, all changed within the last 4-5 years. It may be a better Truck than a 5 yr 750k Truck. How much it’s worth is a big question. $10-$15k? Might be worth $30k. Why? Over 4 yrs it may need less $$$$ spent than a 5 yr. 750k Truck for $30k. The Truck looks nice, you know the history. Usually you get what you pay for. I love a low priced good deal as much as anyone else. Just because it has 2.1m miles, doesn’t mean it’s wore out. If the frames good, and electricals not chopped up, fuse box isn’t rusty. Wiring under the hood isn’t all hacked together. It’s worth a lot more than average market price, for a similar age Truck. IMO, prices are usually half of new after 4 yrs. another half after another 4 yrs. After that, it all depends on the specific condition of the vehicle. Having said that, it’s still a 15 yr old Truck. If all’s good, I’d say as much as $25k. I wouldn’t worry about total miles being over 2 mil. It’s irrelevant at this point. No where near being worn out. Just starting it’s 3rd Life.

You’re on the right Track hunting for a non emission truck.
If you don’t run commiefornia I’d definitely stay far away from any trucks with emission.

and that means you’re looking at older trucks
    Anything Can be fixed
But the good info is already mentioned.
If it’s got much rust that’s a deal killer to me.
Everything else is swipe the credit card and bolt it on

Why is it for sale? Getting a new one or ?.
This is about the time a truck like this will start killing you with repairs. Wheels, king pins, air drier, cac and other nickel and dime things. If you have cash, maybe 10k. Then get ready to put another 10k in to fix, repair or replace things.
