I own several trailer and portable building dealerships. There was recently an opening to start moving trailers from the factory to my dealership and others around me for the company I sell for. I’m in the Atlanta area and will be sending my new Ram 4500 and 51’ BigTEX 20AC down to south Ga to pick up loads of Cargo trailers every day.
My question is: since I’m in the Atlanta area with lots of used car auctions, do y’all recommend I try to haul a load of cars down since I’m gonna be running down there anyways?

You certainly would do better to be loaded both ways. There is a problem with getting in and out of auctions quickly. If you have time for the driver to get the proper releases and to walk dang near the whole lot searching for 3 or 4 cars then once they find them have to jumpstart/fix a flat/ fill it with gas. This assumes that some IDIOT didn’t use the car you’re picking up to shuttle their cars to the front and left it parked in some far away lot where nobody can find it because the color on your paperwork is nowhere near matched to the actual color!
oh wait...did I get off on a rant??? Sorry. I get a little twitchy and get flashbacks when folks talk about auto auctions!!
