They don’t supply a motor cover when you buy a new trailer? Is that an option?

    cke Thanks this.

About half of our trailers don't have covers and never came with one. For the most part it's not an issue. They get used enough to start easily. But there's a couple that will throw Murphy in your face and cause hours of delay. Pfft... even new engines can faulty. I suppose if I pulled the same trailer all the time. I'd have a cover for it.

There are some moves that we take a spare engine with us as well as a handful of tires.

BA933FEE-2BB8-487A-AE88-4EA2F1F4773B.jpeg I’ve done a couple heavy loads so I flipped my axle down. Turns out I’m 53ft w/out the flip down. Then I’m almost 58ft long with flip down. Truck and trailer length with flip down is 83ft. So I got to looking and found this.... straight from the factory line this.... 11 of the 12 tires are 255/70. Except 1 which is 275/70 or 75. I can’t remember. :(

Actually it was 10 of the 12 tires were same size. The 2 inside in flip axle were 275/70 or 75. I wasn’t sure if running it like that for 2 weeks after I seen it was a good idea. I noticed it on 5-13.... here’s my tires pulling into the dealer this morning....

It's still a sharp looking piece of equipment.

    Good on ya.

Hopefully that's the hiccup, and it's all good now.

    nikmirbre Thanks this.
