Never lie but also never EVER volenteer more info then asked. That said there are ways such as looking into insurance databases, asking previous employeers, sometimes an out of state MVR will show it but your own wont for various reasons ect.

You have to list every job for the past 10 years. When contacted, the companies often will provide the details. It’s a myth that they’re only allowed to provide dates of employment. They can actually say ANYTHING they want, as long as it’s true! If they’re truthful about your accidents, there’s nothing you can do about it

i thought it was about cost factors, police on the scene, ambulance taking someone away, or towed away vehicles.

are you sure you had accidents, and not incidents?

    Rideandrepair and G13Tomcat Thank this.

Yeah, sometimes they’re just things the company considers preventable.

Like the time I ran over Big Maud and she’s says “Why didn’t you go around?” And I replied “I didn’t think I had enough gas!”.

PSP/CSA, DMV, and DAC are all different databases with different sources. PSP/CSA is only going to show the data reported to the FMCSA if an officer shows a violation on the long-form inspection report. DMV is the driving record that comes from violations and accidents. DAC is mostly carrier reports along with some DMV information. Let's keep these databases separate!

But the new employer only -has- to verify for the list three years. But wait! Many verify for the last 10, should there be and accident or their insurance require it of them.
