So I figured it be wise to run this by you guys as I do with everything. My next stop on this journey of finding a decent truck for a decent price and all that that entails will be taking me to Arrow truck sales in Dallas.

They have several Kenworths, some pete's, international, and a couple of Freightliners, typically from 2017 and up. Miles range from 350,000 to 650,000. Prices range from 44k to 79k.

Most don't have APUs but do have electric versions. Of course there various 10-speed manuals and automatics between them.

Also they have other trucks in other areas (kansas, California etc) that do have APU's.

Anyways any insight on how to go about this as far as which truck would be my best bet because as you all know this is a betting game and thus there are no guarantees on any of it.

Should I just get as much truck as I can afford. Translated the newest one with the fewest miles.

Well I'm sure the ones under 500,000 have left over factory warranty's but other then that I will have to check. Pretty sure if there's not a factory warranty left on them then there as is.

Good luck definitely try to find the lowest miles possible over 500k is a giant gamble especially since most used trucks at some point or another belonged to a fleet and company drivers are hard as hell on trucks

Right, that's the plan. Of course for less gamble equals more money but like other's have said your going to pay one way or another. How that saying go, "buy once cry once" lol.

I just checked out their website. Interesting. I'll have to give them a call tomorrow. Terrel's not too much further to drive. Thank you.

International is offering a 1 year unlimited miles unlimited cost warranty on any truck bought with a Cummins engine. Miles has to be under 350,000. You may want to look into that. Those lone stars and LT models are decent looking trucks.

Pedigree truck sales is Primes used truck sales and most those trucks are very nice with Apus and full gauge packages . They do a refurbish and typically throw on new rubber , they are definitely priced like it to .
