depends on where you live and where your willing to live but that 34 hr reset nonsense is for suckers, the only guys on here saying your dreaming are the ones that have drivers driving their trucks only taking 34 hr resets, they dont want you to find a better gig because that doesnt pad their pocket. they cant pay their bills with you taking so much time off, the question is do you really care about paying their bills?

I talked to JB Hunt about one of their dedicated accounts. It was driving nights for 5 1/2 days then 1 1/2 days off. So, a good chunk of your time off you would be awake all night with nowhere to go. No thanks.

    Coffey Thanks this.

if its OTR your looking into Poly Trucking Grand Prairie TX, if its local or regional then that would depend on where you live.

Need to be home, just moved, organizing wood shop and remodeling. And current company apparently could give a rat’s ### abt my mental health (facing burnout and anxiety attacks)

Don't tell them about any anxiety issues. That might be a disqualifier from driving a truck.

Family physician could put you on stress leave,,,have him give you 2 or 3 months off and look for another gig while collecting disability insurance. I know guys who have done it after having ugly run in with management.

    GEPPETTO425 Thanks this.

I drive for TNI and am very happy. You slip seat every time you take home time, but you are allowed to take as much as 29 days in a row if you can afford to. Pay per mile is .46 and 3000 + miles in 6 days is standard.

    JC1971 and GEPPETTO425 Thank this.
