STAY AWAY FROM THIS WARRANTY!!! IT'S A FRAUD!!! You're better off saving that money toward your future repairs. I learned the hard way. It barely covers anything.

I don't even think they mess with anything to do with DEF or EPA related issues

I’ve been a NTP user for over a year... this is not your usual warranty.. this is calamity insurance... it’s a tool. But you have to understand how to use it and have mechanics that know how to work with them. Frankly, it’s nothing too crazy paperwork wise... the mechanic shops just don’t want to deal with it.

Replaced almost all my emission stuff the approval took a 1 day from them. The bill was $8.5k and I paid 500bucks. I would never pay cash for these warranties finance them as part of the purchase price.

Yes Last year Has part replaced after a Battle to prove it was covered. Paid money out of pocket as well because repair location said everything that was needed wasn't covered so I paid 3600 and warranty paid 5200 only for it to go back out in less than a year. Well I took it to another mechanic bought a used Turbo out of pocket and returned the turbo they claim was new which clearly looked used or never changed one. They said it was sent to Hino for inspection. Well after 60 days no response from Hino. So repair shop agreed to only pay for our out of pocket expensive my husband willing to except that although we have yet to receive any compensation. My question is is it legal to get money from a warranty an have them pay for something that later is faulty they just are allowed to keep 5200 from warranty? Because we still had to pay for the repairs again an I don't feel ww should have had to pay for that because that part should have be new and replaced at the repairs expense. And we shouldn't have had to try to have it towed to them to repair anything being it was due to a fully part that came from them. So your not alone an id anyone has any advise to my situation pls advise as I have yet to receive any compensation for this issue. I may have to result back to the BBB to notify them as well as other consumers if they don't come to a resolution soon.

Haven't had any issues with them. Just make sure you only take it to a dealer for a warranty repair or it can get messy.

Last claim was for a 60 series glider. Head gasket, water pump, and #5 injector. Including deductibles and misc shop crap that always gets tossed in a bill, out the door cost was >$1k.
