@Cat sdp I saw the koleka car that is exempt from a drivers license here in Portugal a few days ago.

@daf105paccar do you see these cars quite often in the part of Belgium where you live?

 

YES.
But it is rated for 700 000kg.
You will find most off those in South Africa.
I'm guessing it cannot be imported there anymore because it is EURO 3.

BTW.....did you see the color off the engine?
