Reckless driving but mvr clean

    So about a few months ago i got a reckless driving (speeding) no accidents it does not show up on any license i have or had and my mar for any license i had was clean so i tried to go to crst but they saw it here is my question what carrier can i go to the ticket is in warrant status i let it get there so i can ask for advice i dont want to just pay it but they want community service to knock it down this is in West Virginia if i decide to pay it and this is the ONLY thing on my record can i still be hired or no and what company besides swift could i go to thanks

    Heck CRST isn't close to being a decent company and they won't take you. With a recent reckless driving you will not get any decent company to hire you. Your best bet is to get a traffic lawyer to either get ir dismissed or knock down to something way lower.

    reckless driving, went to warrant which means you didn't deal with it, I would say you will have a problem getting hired, but keep trying

    The ticket isn't resolved yet, so no company will hire you. Their insurance companies won't allow it.

    Reckless driving, dui, are basically kiss of death to driving career. Best hire a lawyer, it will cost a few bucks, but nothing compared to the income potential you will never see.
