    So now we play the whose fault is it game.. I want to say the dash cammer because it sure looked like he was going way too fast.

    Be nice to have a few more seconds of video before the hit. You can see the black Honda get on the binders & the truck is hammering tho.

    the construction truck was crossways in the travel lanes at the start of the video, the dash cam guy had ample time to get her whoa’d down.

    He should have seen the construction truck before he got close to passing the car. He could have even hit that exit ramp if he'd been looking ahead. Big fail for the dash cammer and pretty stupid of him to allow that video clip to be released.

    What an #######/idiot. No excuse for that. Looked WAY to fast for the number of cones and barrels and doesn't look like he tried to slow at all. Probably watching his phone.
