And rather than give the basic breakdown, here’s the screenshot for the year so far.

The expenses are kinda inflated - insurance as discussed, paid into next year.

Maintenance is closer to 11cpm if you exclude trailer boxes and swapping out steel wheels on the flat with aluminum and new studs.

Communication has $950 for a phone pay off for the CFO.

I include pretty much every oil/fuel/battery /cell/subscription etc allowed by tax law into the figures, and find that doing it monthly and stapling packets of receipts avoids the loss of ‘oh, I forgot about that purchase’ at year end.

I also have my insurance through Crawford Phillips and know others who do as well and recommend them to anyone. I would have told you about them if I’d known you was lookin for insurance ;)

First Guard you need 3 years experience as well.
Once my one driver hits the 3 year mark, I'm going to dump Gallagher. Clean break.
Won't save anything on my truck, but the guys will save about $80 month on their's.

My wife worked for Crawford Phillips many years, have known the Phillips family her whole life.

You can always park a truck in the stockyards and get a great steak at Cattleman’s.

A wise man once told me “you shouldn’t tell everything you know”
I just wish I could remember everything I know
