Perhaps you can tell me. What is the difference in the cloth coverings? Is there some magical property in the mask's cloth to the shirt's cloth? Perhaps you might want to put your elbow up to your face. When you do. You'll see it forms a temporary "mask" around your mouth/nose. So if Tony says the mask is only effective against cough/sneeze.
