Can you replace the end of a coax cable?

    I havent tried that but I like a wash cloth better than the sponge that comes with the nice solder stations.
    I like to solder and glue heat shrink any wires that break on my vehicles or if Ive tapped into one for some reason.
    Especially since I bought the butane soldering iron.
    I use to use a weller with a trigger but had to drag a chord out.
    And those have that big ole bulky tip.

    There are videos on YouTube that show you how to do this, it’s very easy! A cheap soldering iron and small roll of solder and in less than 5 minutes you done

    Here is a decent video on the subject.
    Its a little more trickier say like on the dash you just need some kind of way to hold the cable level so your PL 259 dont slide off.
