Bellcrank is most likely sticking. Disconnect the linkage at the bell crank and check the movement. Also check the return springs on the inside.

Use a small spray of WD-40 with the tube on the end of it, spray where the clutch pedal moves on and ck. spring to see if its still got any pull at end of pedal travel??
