Good god. Condolences to next of kin. The truckers days of driving are now over. Presuming he was responsible. As in faulty equipment and milk company at fault for telling the driver he must run with what he has.

The tankers here for our dairy industry are 4 axels including 2lift.
Trailers look to be 60+ long by my estimate as they cruise the interstate.
Maybe an AZ milk hauler could chime in?

I am not a Az milk hauler, but for was a milk hauler for over 13 years and if anyone is not aware, a milk hauler can work 24/7 and never log one minute of his time as long as he stays within 150 air miles radius of where he picked the load up at. I am not implying this was the cause of this accident, I am just stating a fact.

Yes, I was aware. Freakin amazing that fact is. But they get in as many loads as possible to maximize their pay check.
Crap job. Would never do it. Rather be out on the road for 2+ months.

Cheapest trucking job that I know off. To make a decent pay check, you better be prepared to work 24/7.

Something's fishy about the milk tanker wreck. Nine investigators from the NTSB are en route to investigate this crash. And it just so happens that there is an anti trucking bill slithering its way through Congress.

Also, the way the on scene reporter just goes on and on about how much damage the cars sustained. But no mention of the condition of the truck driver.

Lastly, adding insult to injury, is an advertisement for an ambulance chaser law firm.

    What a wonderful world.

I think when that dude up on 40 in NM blew a steer and wiped out about half a dozen, NTSB investigated that too.

When it's over a certain threshold of carnage they do an investigation.

Other than they are investigating, and there was a big crash, the rest is opinion and guessing.
