Any carrier that doesn't know what other departments do by policy or keep up with your goings-on like breakdowns etc is a red flag for me, and maybe some of the geniuses in buildings wonder why their is a driver shortage when we're out doing all of the work so they can go home and freeload some more on our behalf. I don't want to constantly ask you to pay me what's due and look at my check and there are plenty that don't check t's and dot i's these days but imagine and seen there are a couple that can and that's who I want. Have it all together working before I need to talk to you...how hard is that?? America anyone?

DeBoer, I ran a Texas regional with them and it was by far the worst due to them using the oldest trucks in the fleet since we went to small yard often. Broke down 3 days a week AVERAGE in a 3 month period, was towed more than a dozen times..
