Same could be said about the new Iveco.:)

I think there are only x amount off solutions to the new regs and demands made off trucks.
That will result in them looking similiar......just like cars.

Btw in 2011 Daf was allready planning their new cab.
Hard to say which design was first .
Neither Scania nor Daf will tell you when they designed same part off their cab.

AND MB headhunted the Daf designer years ago.
He took his knowledge with him.;)

    haycarter and spsauerland Thank this.

It's amazing how long it takes to design and develop a new cab for a truck.

Impressive and maybe overkill towing operation. What seemed interesting is that the booster had some sort of problem with the steering which caused the rear of the trailer to steer off into the side of the road and when the driver stopped the trailer dragged the truck backward. Is it normal that you can not stop a truck and lowboy trailer on a steep incline without the whole thing going backwards uncontrolled?
It also seemed strange that they needed help from the tow truck to get going when the trailer was on the road again.
