What’s Estes pay for P&D?

 

I see on a job listing $27.10 to $29.60

 

I must say, been driving 17 years and NEVER had so much paperwork as I do with Estes. Wtf.....I did a swap Thursday.....41 pages, all different orders. 1 skid here, 2 skids there. Had to put arrival, departure, driver#, skid count and run# f*** the cubic feet. Anyway I have a question for the p & d drivers. Have any of you devised a way to handle paperwork? I was thinking of getting a rubber stamp made or designing and printing my own stickers, minus the pro number of course. Please share.....thanks

 

Are you paid by the hour?

 

I did a drop and hook the other day that consisted of 55 bills, took me an hour and a half to complete paperwork and enter it in the handheld. We're on the clock driver.

 

There's his answer. The company's inefficiency only increases your pay.

 

That's easy money. I'll go there everyday if they'd let me.
