Use a family members address or a friends address.
Or rent a extended stay motel and use the address on the rental agreement

I used a state park campground for
    My address for years.

but a family member or friend is best so they can call you when something important arrives.

offer to pay for their cable or internet service in exchange for them accepting and opening you mail and photographing it and texting or emailing it to you.

I believe most state motor vehicle depts. have an address database to verify whether an address is residential or industrial.

I use my daughter's address as my legal. Has the added advantage of collecting my mail and packages, plus if I'm expecting something specific or receive something unexpectedly that seems important, a simple phone is all that's needed.
Only disadvantage is I can't claim head of household on income tax and it seriously makes a difference in my overall income tax amount.

Also, there is a residence address and a mailing address on the dmv paperwork or website. I use a mailbox service for my mailing address. It’s like $79 every 3 months, very useful when you live in the truck.

Time to renew is when I do an Airbnb or Craig’s list room rental for a month. Some states are easier than others to meet residency requirements. Montana and Nevada are easy.

They all know with a postal box. It is in the zipcode. A po box zipcode is the 5 digits with a dash then the box number (usually a zero). Where if it were for an apartment building the first digit after the five is something other than a zero. That digit indicates what zone of the postal code is where the destination is located.
Case in point. When I had a po box the zip code was
04677-0121 The 121 being the po box
Tho now adays with a physical address it reads
04677-3020 Tho good luck figuring out my address from that as the # doesnt match our phyiscal address

True, but on the other hand, you only need to give them the first five of the zip. They might or might not look up the rest. Some first-fives are PO boxes only, but some aren't.

Get a license in Az. They hand it to you instead of mailing it. Ok. does also.

There is and has been a database published by the Post Office called POSTAL SOFT. It has every address in the US and is updated constantly. I installed it and linked it to a payroll system as long ago as the early 90's. If your state DMV can't tell an address is a UPS store or an RV park it's only because they are too cheap to subscribe to a database.
