Driving over the road isn’t for everyone. Experience might vary from company to company slightly but overall it is what you make of it. I’m a new driver for All in trucking. And I never thought of looking them up in forums till the day I showed up for orientation. The only thing that went through my mind after reading the only reviews available (negative) was boy, what tf did I just get myself into. Scared truly that it would be as the reviews said. But I found out very quickly that they must be disgruntled employees. Everything here is good. I couldn’t be happier with the pay and with the mileage. Yea it is 1099 which means my gross is what I take home. We can deal with IRS later. Since I’ve been here I have not had a check less then $2,000 per week. I easily hit 3500 miles a week. Most weeks are closer to 4K and I’ve had a few weeks over that. I have not once missed a single mile on my paycheck. There is a a 1500 dollar escrow that’s taken out weekly at 150 dollars a week. It’s in case you quit and leave the truck where you live, so they can recover it. If you quit and return their equipment I trashed then you get your money back in full. They don’t play around with ELD. You have to stick to it. Over the road is hard work. It is what you make it!

Been driving for five years. Every single mile under my belt has been over the road. And I’ve been here for about 5 months now. No complaints. Zero. Dispatch might be out of Europe but they sure know their load boards.

    REO6205 Thanks this.

I've never posted here before I work for this company I've been here about 9 months yeah it's 1099 and you have to do your own taxes don't be lazy I make 70 cents a mile I work in the flatbed division which is also known as gold way Josh the fleet manager has always been pretty straight with me he doesn't have a lot of time for people that don't do their job he's a busy man Ron the maintenance supervisor I have never had a problem getting my truck fixed things happen out on the road tires chip windshields etc my safety manager Amber was very helpful when I was learning their log system I needed to get back home to take care of some stuff I let my dispatcher know and he immediately gave me a load sent me home they've never asked me to do anything illegal and yes some of the dispatchers are not based in the US but I have never had a problem communicating with them they speak English just fine and I stay busy everybody has bad weeks but even on a bad week I still bought home $1,500 and on a good week I've done $2,600 I know of drivers that have been fired but that's cuz they crash into stuff or don't do their job I'm allowed to route myself and I don't get bothered as long as I make my appointments and do my job it is one of the best companies I've ever worked for most of the companies I have worked for have been small companies with the exception of when I worked for Carol Fulmer stay away from them they have a sliding pay scale and they split the loads between the pay period and you can run a 70 hour clock and 3,000 plus miles and then get a $500 paycheck

    Plus penalties,plus interest.
And I doubt Uncle Sam will give you a prime rate!
And you’d better pay on time! Or else….
