    After long years driving as O/Op & Co. Driver (Now retired),..found out that ALL "dispatchers" have the same "working policy". (specially the ones that work on comission). The ones on "salary" you should'nt trust. The ones on hourly wages are the best. Think!!!!! What do you think would or could be the best way to "work with them.?)...Think good..!!! THINK..!!! (I will be posting a thread on this) after your feedback.
