My lease adventure

May was another good month. Had to get more work done on the trailer but not a big deal. I was able to get a couple creature comforts for the truck. Bought a generator and ac unit. In the process of getting a cage made for the generator to mount to the trailer. I want to have it mounted to the trailer so it is back from the cab and attached to something I own. I was able to find a plug for the trailer to be able to detach the exstension cord just like I do the air and electrical in the front of the trailer. I will post pics once everything is installed. I made a profit of $2097.38 this month. Some people were concerened about having to download my p&l to see it so I will start posting my profit for the month and the p&l.

 

As if this jury duty crap isn't bad enough I got a freaking bolt in my tire at the very edge of the tire so it's not repairable. So now a dollar bolt just cost me $2,400 bucks. I was going to have to replace both tires on that axle because you never replaced just one of course. It causes abnormal wear on the tires. It was going to cost me $2,200 to replace the two super singles or $2,400 to go to Dulles for that axle. Needless to say I'm over the super single. What's the saying when it rains it pours LOL. And of course this comes after spending over $2,500 getting a new seat, generator, and air conditioning unit. Doing my best not to lose my mind right now LOL.

 

Thank God I had a couple real good months. That's the only thing that's getting me through this. Now hopefully I can get out of this jury duty. So far I've been unsuccessful. They want me to be available from July 12th to August 5th.

 

Got my first set of duals on and will be getting another set in a couple weeks. I got really lucky. The spare I was using had a deep gash on the back of the tire I couldn't see. I'm just glad dot missed it when I was inspected yesterday and it didn't blow out on me.

 

Ohh update on jury duty. Had a meeting with the judge and still couldn't get out of it. He did advise me to tell the lawyer of my situation when they interview me and they can excuse me so here is hoping.
