When the wife and I bought our condo in 2011 we paid $175K. Fast forward 10 years later the value went up to just over $206K.
We were very lucky. The further east you go towards Boston the more you’re likely to pay for housing,especially once you get inside of the I-495 corridor in Massachusetts. Once you get inside the I-95/Route 128 corridor we’re talking “Lifestyle Of the Rich and Heinous”!lol

 

used car market is doing the same thing. you can buy a new car today and in 2 months sell it for more than you paid. problem is, if you aren't buying new again you're going to suffer.
