I left Dana/Suttles in 2002 to go deliver mobile home parts parts. I pulled acid tanks, dedicated, ISO containers, jet fuel and general chemicals for them. Never made as much doing any of those as I did first year delivering mobile hone parts. Seems a zebra doesn’t change its stripes even after 19 years

Pilot flying j is offering 24 dollars an hour here in Tampa, fl. It's right in the middle when it comes to pay in the chemical sector around here but wayyy of a improvement compare to the other sectors
pathfinder1361 and Mattmanstroked Thank this. -
Ehhh so far so good they have alot of work right here in my terminal I wish I was more of a local guy to spend more time with the minion but the fact that most of the drivers here are older than my father and have been here for decades (I'm dedicated to a customer) speaks volume but also means I have long ways to be local. pay( 20 dollars for on duty not driving and .59 all miles regional) or 30 dollars for local moves . Best thing is that you get a picture with available work for the upcoming week you pick your lines and the rest is given to the system drivers. But I do hate that paccar engine with the automatic transmission and the weird battery powered Apu
