Western Flyer Express, are they a decent company to work for?

I see this 100% as a failure to train drivers correctly.
If he was not so freaked out about having to call for help he wouldn’t have hurt anything.
He should have thought to back up but was in panic mode.

 

No to wfx and USA truck.... both pay crap

 

Did anyone at Decker reach out to you when you quite or even before to try to help you with the bendix system ???

 

Yes panic mode is the real problem.
When I was a trainer I taught the first problem or mistake isn’t the problem or mistake , it’s just your job. The action YOU take after that is the one that can lead to the REAL issue. Stop slow down think it through.
