Unless they cut and removed straps before the photos it looks like they were about half a dozen straps short on that load.

What's with all the lumber wrecks lately? I wonder how that's going with the insurance companies, with the cost of lumber the way it is

Driver says he wasn’t going fast……. What’s not fast on an on ramp ? I’ve hauled plenty of top heavy lumber loads and driven countless of on ramps, interchanges and never laid a load of lumber nor any truck on its side. Speed was definitely a factor on this incident.
