so if he thought there mite be a chance of him crossing over. then why not just back off. takes less time to back off then to sit in a accident. js

absolutely. You see the dude coming, he's either distracted or is sliding over, (for no apparent reason).
Back out of it and hit the horn. They were both wrong, but vehicle #2 was the most wrongist.

Or is trying to block the truck from passing him if the truck driver is right about the pickup and camper speeding up as the truck was trying to pass... as I am sure we have all encountered.

    Bud A., Magoo1968 and truckdriver31 Thank this.

doesn't really matter, does it? One way or the other you recognize the hazard and you react / adjust accordingly.

You're confused; it does matter. I only addressed one part of your post, not the other.

This is another one of those cases where it would be nice to have more footage before the wreck. The camper is obviously an idiot. But the trucker seems like he’s pretty angry before anything even happens. Was the trucker in a hurry and tailgating for miles? Was the camper playing the speed up/slow down game for miles?

I think this is equal road rage from both parties.

Bean Jr. and truckdriver31 Thank this.

As discussed elsewhere-Australia is strict on their traffic laws. They have little to zero tolerance for any BS on their roads and THEY WILL go through the trouble of chasing someone down to issue fines!!
